Villa Information
1.1 All information about the villas provided on our website is purely informative. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy and currency of this information; however, we do not take responsibility for any errors or omissions.
1.2 We reserve the right to make changes to the villa information, including prices, descriptions, and availability, without prior notice to website users.

Booking and Payment
2.1 To book a villa, you need to contact us through our booking form or other available communication channels. We will respond to you promptly with availability and pricing information. Alternatively, the website will automatically provide you with available check-in dates and the total cost of stay.
2.2 To confirm a booking, a prepayment of 50% of the total accommodation cost is required to be made to the designated bank account of the villa rental service provider in Croatia. Detailed payment instructions will be provided to you after the booking confirmation.
2.3 The remaining 50% must be paid by the specified deadline before the check-in date, via bank transfer to the designated bank account of the villa rental service provider in Croatia. If full payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the prepayment.
Additionally, a security deposit of 500 euros is required, which will be refunded to the guest upon checkout (this deposit is necessary to ensure the integrity and preservation of the property where guests stay).

Cancellation Policy
3.1 In the event of cancellation later than 14 calendar days prior to the check-in date, the prepayment is non-refundable.
3.2 In the event of cancellation earlier than 14 calendar days prior to the check-in date, the prepayment is refundable.
3.3 The cancellation policy after payment of the remaining balance may vary depending on the specific villa and season. Details of the cancellation policy will be provided at the time of booking.

Arrival/Departure
4.1 Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. In case of delayed arrival, guests are required to immediately notify the landlord by email/phone.
4.2 After check-out, the property must be returned to the landlord by 10:00 AM (unless otherwise agreed).

Usage Rules and Liability
5.1 You agree to use the villa solely for personal purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Croatia regarding property rental.
5.2 You agree to handle the villa property with care and not use it for any illegal or disruptive actions. You are fully responsible for any damages or losses caused to the villa property during your stay.
5.3 The landlord explicitly points out the features of the villa.
5.4 The use of facilities within the house, such as the garden, swimming pool (if available), beach, beach house, parking area, barbecue area, and all other facilities on the villa premises, is at your own risk. We do not take responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages to personal property that occur during your stay at the villa, including all used premises belonging to the villa.
5.5 You are responsible for complying with safety rules and local norms of behavior on the villa premises, including the pool, garden, and other common areas.

House Rules
6.1 No Smoking Policy: Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor courtyard.
6.2 Cleaning: Cleaning, towel, and linen change are provided upon request.
6.3 Towels: Towels are provided for indoor use only.
6.4 Damage: In the event of damage or destruction of items, we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible. Damages caused by your own fault (e.g., sunshades, loungers, etc.) will incur a fee.
6.5 Washing Machine: The use of the washing machine is permitted by agreement with the owners.
6.6 Air Conditioning Usage: When using the air conditioning, we request that you close windows and doors for system efficiency and resource conservation. Any damage caused by incorrect customer usage will be paid for by the homeowner. Air conditioner repairs may take several days, as there is high demand during the peak season.

Personal Data
7.1 By making a booking and using our website, you agree to our privacy policy regarding the collection, storage, and use of your personal data.
7.2 We guarantee the confidentiality of your personal data and do not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Changes to the Terms of Use
